New entire villa with pool and sea views

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this property. This was an absolute find. Tim manages the property and is an absolute star. The place is immaculate inside and out and he helped us out with anything we needed locally. Restaurants, Beaches, Events, Hikes, Boat hire. The House is immaculate with large en-suite bedrooms and aircon throughout. The Pool is large and was perfekt for the kids to play in. The kitchen is well equipped and well set out. We loved it and will definitely be back.

A beautiful villa located well away from all the tourist fuss with all the amenities you can wish from a holiday house but still close to all the beaches and small Italian villages that are definitely worth visiting. What needs to be mentioned here is that the host, Tim, is an extremely friendly person and a perfect help in any situation, and also has an inexhaustible set of tips for restaurants, beaches, hiking tracks, etc. It really was a pleasure to have him hosting us. Other things we liked: - the house is always cool, even in hottest days - large swimming pool - big and well equipped kitchen - garden grill on the porch - very close to the Santa Domenica Talao - beautiful village with great restaurant, café/gelateria and a small grocery shop

Wow! From arrival at the villa everything was perfect. Such a beautiful and clean house with everything that you could need. The surroundings were just as beautiful and so peaceful, just down the road from the lovely town of Santa Domenica. I feel like we were so lucky to have found this gem and along with it the wonderful owner who is so kind and helpful, offering parasols for the beach and advice on places to visit as well as organising a cooking event for us as a family just down the road and a taxi to the airport after trains were all cancelled. So welcoming and friendly and we felt really looked after, thank you so much. We look forward to going back to see how the gorgeous garden has continued to flourish, especially Jo the cacti!

The villa is very spacious (3 double bed bedrooms), decorated in a modern way, with all the creature comforts like wifi, smart tv, fully equipped kitchen, bbq, pool! The villa was very clean and is tended by Tim (owner) very well! He puts a lot of effort and care into making the house feel welcome. The kitchen had a collection of spices, coffee, salt, pepper and oil for cooking. Its these kind of touches all over that made it an absolute pleasure to stay here short term:) Tim was always happy to help with effort and advice about the local attractions, secret beaches and fine eats. 10/10. coming again!

Una casa maravillosa, totalmente equipada y en plena naturaleza, con unas vistas maravillosas. Tim fue un anfitrión perfecto, preocupándose de que estuviéramos confortables y ayudando en las pequeñas cosas que pudiéramos necesitar. Měli jsme se ještě lépe než jsme si dokázali představit a než jsme se měli na dovolené kdekoliv jinde. Krásné místo s výhledem z jedné strany na divoké hory a z druhé na klidné moře. To se neokouká. Žádní sousedé, žádný hmyz, krystalicky čistý bazén. Perfektně fungující klimatizace v celém domě včetně chlazení podlahy. Velmi ale opravdu velmi vstřícný majitel Tim, pravý anglický gentleman který je velkou devizou tohoto místa. Krásná zahrada s pěstěným, zeleným pečlivě zavlažovaným trávníkem a rozkvetlými květinami. Víc než dokonalý servis. To se musí zopakovat

Were to start, an amazing villa with a very sweet owner and a cute and friendly outdoors cat. This villa is very well equipped, with two very good Restaurants close by. If you like peace and quite this is definitely the place for you if your coming by car. The Villa was extremely clean and the pool is cleaned everyday also by the owner. The views were amazing and there is a big drive in for private parking. So if you want to come here to relax or to tour the area I would definitely recommend staying here.
