That my bed wasn’t made for my 2nd nights stay (no active housekeeping staff) - had to put out towels outside if we wanted clean ones — little things like that which is important for me

I loved this location. It was the exact vibe I was looking for. I wanted a quieter, beachy, low-key feel as opposed to the busyness of the city. I felt very safe and at home here and I still had access to everything I wanted to do.

I don’t see how they could improve much. It was overall fantastic.

The Roth was perfect for a long weekend getaway by the beach. It has everything you need (beach chairs, towels, etc) and is only a block from the beach. We also loved enjoying our coffee on the dock in the mornings and watching the sun rise. We even saw manatees! It’s also ideally situated. A short ride to St. Pete Beach or walk to Caddy’s but far enough away from the bars to ensure peace and quiet. And the staff was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and friendly. They spoke to housekeeping to get our room cleaned first so we could check in early but also gave us what we would need for the beach so we could head there in the meantime. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great

This small boutique hotel was divine ... but only if you like privacy, quiet, beauty, and closeness to both the intercoastal and the beach. Gorgeous location and lots of outdoor seating. Love it!

The property is located in very picturesque area, quite and beautifully arranged. Spacious rooms, kitchen, beautiful design. We enjoyed the 3 minute walk to the beach, our kids loved the playground. And the evenings on the dock are a lifetime memory.

Relaxing atmosphere, a great pool and close to the beach.

Pillows were a little uncomfortable.

Everything was perfect! Cute and quaint hotel, great pool, awesome dock and common space! Loved cooking out on the grill and enjoyed the potluck for the guests. Saw dolphins throughout the day and the beach and playground were a short walk away. Will definitely return!
