The apartment was in a fantastic location, with amazing views.

We asked for the sofa bed to be used too, and we weren't given enough bedding. The bed sheet was too small for the bed and no duvet cover just a small sheet and only one pillow case. We made do, but it wasn't as comfortable as it should have been. Be good if there was a kettle too.

Great location. Nice space, comfortable bed. Washing machine was nice-would help to have instructions for the washer available. Even using Google translate, it took a while to figure out how to run for the cycle and drying we needed.

Did not know the number of the apartment when we got the keys. Would have been nice to have the number on the keychain, as we do not have a local phone. We stayed for 6 days- more toilet paper and paper towels would have been nice.

Great location, clean, spacious apartment.

Lack of air conditioning made it so difficult to sleep through the night. Everything else was great aside from that.. 2 fans were included, but they didn't really do much which is a shame. Everything else was great.

Excellent location close to waterfront

Having booked with Booking.com, I then had to provide many extra details with 'Guest Ready', including passport & travel details. Then the keysafe code was not provided until I had to ring them on arrival at the door of the property, despite earlier messages stating it would be provided in advance of arrival, and I would be met on arrival. This meant uncertainty as to whether I would be able to gain access. Before, during & after my stay I received a tiresome number of e-mails, mainly several copies of e-mails already received. Whilst the apartment was excellent, the administrative burden after I thought I had booked (and of course already paid in full) means I am unlikely knowingly to book again. Booking.com seems to have taken my money, then sub-contracted to guest Ready, whose administration is inefficient and burdensome.
