30 minutes by foot to the city centre

Very nice host and great location

All was perfect but it could be better for f there was a toaster, coffee machine and some more bathroom utilities

Good size, pool close by and peaceful area.

Security was a worry. Code to get into apartments rather than a key, code very easy to work out for all once you had yours and the pool code. Only one bed made up, the double, when occupancy said 4. Sofa bed had been folded up with previous occupants old sheets. Not acceptable. Not all facilities stated included. No kettle and oven was in fact just a microwave. When raised about kettle was was purchased. Dishwasher full when we arrived. Clean items but still it shouldn’t be full for new occupants to empty. There was an adjoining door to apartment next door. This meant you could hear absolutely everything from next door, walking, coughing, conversations. This badly needs sound proofing. Only 4 sun loungers for 4 apartments that each slept 4 and 2 were broken. Thankfully someone fixed one. It would be lovely to have some sun loungers in the private gardens. Would make these much more usable. This may seem a lot but these apartments have great potential and just need enhanced as they are very new.

The property was new, clean and had every facility.

Very clean modern new apartment. Ettore was very helpful and responded to requests for an extra duvet (only one was provided and we were two friends) and when I couldn't find how to leave the property. The property would be ideal for people who are driving or planning on eating in the apartment as Lidl is very close by.

The location was a half hour walk into the town centre, which is fine but it wasn't a very interesting walk through a residential area with not many restaurants or cafes/bars on the way so It was a bit of a chore to come back and go out again. It would be good to include some basics in the property like washing up liquid or shower gel. There was a dead bird and dirt in the pool, there was a lot of rain and this wasn't the owner's fault but it would be good if the pool area was checked / cleaned.

The apartments are in a new building, bright and clean. The kitchen has basic necessary dishes and utensils. There is also dishwasher with tablets included. The shower has a large towel warmer. The apartments are located in a quiet area away from the highway. Opposite there is free parking for cars. Within walking distance there is a Lidl store, and by car you can quickly get to Conad. The kitchen is spacious, with Wifi and Smart TV.

We were missing electric kettle so had to use pot to boil water for tea. Also though apartment has a good washing machine there is no iron
