Duplex Sea Views with Terrace by AORA STAY

The apartment was a great location 10 minutes walk to beach and a few local shops. Was 15 minute walk to 24 hours square where there is lots nightlife and restaurants also the marina was very close. The apartment was super quiet and well facilitated. The pillows in the bedrooms where a little thin but that is super minor. Only thing missing for us was maybe some sun loungers near the pool area but obviously this is more of a residential area

Lovely apartment with everything you could need . Communication before we arrived was excellent, with clear instructions on arrival procedures. Apartment smelt clean and fresh and looked like the pictures. There are bus stops just outside and steps across the road lead to the main promenade with a few bars and restaurants on the way. You can walk to the marina in about 15 mins or the beach is 5 mins so location is good. Great to have pool right outside but would have liked some sunbeds or at least recliners to sit on the grass area at the front.

Some very minor negatives, bed is a standard double and even though we are quite small it did feel a bit cramped. Second bedroom doesn't have air con, only a fan, so felt quite hot at times. Also, this apartment is in a residential block so there are rules regarding the pool and noise which is great if you want peace and relaxation. We had a lovely family break and would book this apartment again

We really enjoyed our stay as the location was very convenient for the beach and bus stops. Having the swimming pool right outside which was open in October was fabulous.

We would have liked more cleaning products and tea towels and if staying longer than a week a washing machine would be good

Viajo con frecuencia y siempre me guío por las reseñas, por eso creo importante compartir mi experiencia aquí. Este alojamiento no es económico, y aunque el departamento es bonito, la relación calidad-precio está muy lejos de lo esperado. Desde el inicio la comunicación fue pésima: escribimos varias veces antes de la llegada y nunca respondieron. Al llegar, no había llaves ni instrucciones, tuvimos que llamar y esperar más de media hora para que nos atendieran. Durante la estancia, las deficiencias continuaron. El anuncio mencionaba lavadora y plancha, pero nunca existieron. Además, el departamento estaba prácticamente sin insumos básicos: ni papel de baño suficiente, ni jabón para la cocina, ni café, ni nada que hiciera más cómoda la estancia, aunque fuera corta. No se trata de que el lugar esté mal físicamente, sino de que no corresponde en absoluto con lo que cobran ni con lo que prometen. Por eso mi calificación es la mínima: para que otros viajeros tengan la información completa antes de decidir.
