Antonio was very kind and responsive. The location of the loft is central but also quiet which makes it an ideal location to visit Catania.

modern very well set up apartment- good aircon and lift-handy location and excellent communications and supply of snacks and shower stocks. Decent sized shower with good pressure. Very comfy bed- really everything was excellent

It was easy to find, located very close to the main area to visit. I did not meet Antonio, everything was done remotly, but he was available for my questions. The appartment has just been renovated : a very nice bathroom and one bright room with a nice kitchen, a dining area (/lounge - at the time of my stay the sofa was not there yet), and a loft with the bed. It is really well equiped (very confortable matress and pillows). The lift is a great plus; it was not a criteria for me, but after a long day out, it is appreciated. The building is cleaned regularly. I did not use it, but there is an air conditioner. It felt very safe (locked door at the entrance of the building). Caracter/charm : the old wood windows and shutters.

It was really not a problem for me, but to give a full review and to explain why I did not give a perfect score : the loft area is not very high, you can't really stand except if you are short (but since it's just for sleeping...) and even if it was renovated it is still in an old bulding and in a big city, you will hear the sounds around (birds, kids playing outside :-D ).
