Magnum Resorts Candolim

The Room was clean and tidy, clean swimming pool, location of the hotel was good, staff was cooperative, all in all good experience.

I had booked a double room with balcony with the main Street view but when we reached there we were allotted a junior suite in a corner and the room was claustrophobic. We then informed the resort and they told us that no rooms were available. The next day they shifted us to a double room with balcony which was on the 2nd floor. No compensation was given for the goof up.

We liked the location of the property.. nearby restro bars and beach was just a walk away ..

After check out they made us wait for over 15 mins while our cab was on waiting.. also the reception person called us exact 11 for checkout even tho we had informed earlier that we would .. they weren’t really open about our extension for the stay and apparently had to book online again to extend our stay standing in front of the reception.. we had our bus on way for the water tour in the morning at 7am and he insisted that we vacate the room before we could leave .. wasn’t a pleasant experience as they way they treated their clients isn’t professional at all ..

Located centrally in the market. Primary health centre is useful. Poolside sitting area and restaurant is nice.Staff will cooperate to change the room..
