He got $1688.92 and the day we made it there he stopped responding couldn't get the keys couldn't contact him and me and my kids was stuck for 4 days until booking.com refunded me the money

Property was easy to find and we were able to get in on time. The house is spacious and well furnished inside. Tasteful artwork and modern amenities. Beds were on the soft side but fairly comfortable. Bathrooms were very nice and the water pressure is fantastic!

Pool was not a pool, it was a swim spa and should be advertised as such. Guests have no access to the swim feature or controls of the "pool" and it was not clean. I spent over an hour cleaning it for my guests to be able to use it. Hot tub side was also not clean but you can use the features of that side. I called the host to inform them that the pool was dirty and they said they would get someone there but it never happened. One of the bathroom faucets began to leak, rendering it unusable. Informed the host and they sent a plumber but they were unable to fix it during our stay. Coffee pot is WAY too small for a 4 bedroom house, it made 2 cups at a time with 8 people staying in the house we were constantly brewing. The property abuts the highway and it is noisy, very noisy, we got used to it but guests should be aware.
