Spacious 3 Bedroom Apartment in Peaceful Area

Location good, lively yet quiet area of Copenhagen

Ceramic hob did not work for entire stay, despite emailing photo to company.Shower head not attached , had to tie it up with bin liner! Both reported and not fixed. No hairdryer, once reported new one delivered. No corkscrew or bottle opener Cupboard about microwave broken , did not stay up when opening microwave door

This apartment is superbly located, being a few minutes walk to Copenhagen’s excellent Metro subway system. It’s very quick, easy and cheap to get to the airport this way. The apartment is also close to good cafes, bakeries, restaurants and shops, and the area has a great atmosphere. As advertised, the apartment is large and roomy, with functioning appliances in the kitchen. There’s an accessible lift and wide stairs, and the apartment block is quiet. We very much enjoyed our 9 day stay here, due to its great convenience and comfort.

- beds were comfortable - nicely situated

- there was a bad sewer smell coming from the shower - the drawers in the kitchen are falling appart. The first day we got there, my mother-in-law hurt her back trying to catch the top drawer as at was falling! Note : The middel drawer had already fallen down when we arrived and it was the top drawer that was falling. - the toilet lid is broken We let the tenant know (these three points above) on the first day we got there and they replied that the maintenance team would take care of it. We stayed there one full week and nothing was done. We noticed that these issues were posted by someone else on october 23rd on the Booking website. So the tenant is aware of this and is apparently not in a hurry to fix it! Other issues were : - the lights in some rooms don't work and over the dining table there's only one light bulb (of the 6) that works ! - the sink faucet in the room was not working - there was mold in the bathroom

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, great for a large group of people, apartment has everything you need

It would be ideal if a large apartment like this one had two toilets. But when you are well organized this is not a problem

Poor check in instructions were given and when I got in contact it was a 15min process for them to verify my location and then give me the correct instructions, all with a unhelpful attitude.
