Best Location - Unique And Charming Loft

The apartment was gorgeous and modern, in a perfect location, had a balcony with a cute view of the street, and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay (made reservations for welcome drinks, arranged airport drop off, answered questions right away).

Best Lication - luxury andcharming loft (La Celeste) is a beautiful apartment perfectly located in the heart of Casco Viejo in Panama City. When we weren't walking the pretty streets or visiting some of the many great bars and restaurants that were very close by, we would pop back and spend happy hours sitting on the balcony watching other tourists take photos of the lovely facade. We had absolutely everything we needed - items like tea, coffee and toiletries are normal, but thoughtful additions such as a bag of ice in the freezer, some basics like cooking oil, and an umbrella in case of rain were unexpected and welcome touches. Israel could not have been more helpful and accommodating He was really responsive and gave us advice and recommendations and even helped us with restaurant bookings. I cannot recommend this apartment and hosts Victoria and Israel highly enough. We had a wonderful time there and hope we get the chance to return to La Celeste sometime. You should visit if you get the chance - you won't regret it!

It was right in the centre of the old town and had a lovely view.

The apartment's cleanliness did not meet the standards at all. You could tell people stayed before you... and didn't make you feel comfortable 100%.

when I tried to check out I was told I needed to pay when I already had my credit card in the system to be charged. owner asked for cash but I knew my card was there. contacted booking.com and they said the owner refused the card ( now this made no sense to me but couldn’t call only had chat capability). I knew I needed to pay as we had an absolutely great time but did not feel comfortable paying with a link the owner provided but had no other way to pay. owner assured me it was secure, still didn’t feel 100% comfortable but knew I needed to pay. I did use link only to find out by that afternoon my card was declining at our restaurant. had to contact credit card company and it was for how we had to pay that they questioned the charges. thankfully we got it taken care of for the rest of our trip and I reached out to the owner only to say his link definitely caused what could be a disaster for us and to this day we never received a reply. what could have been a absolute perfect stay turned bad. I just don’t want it to happen to anyone else and that was my only reason for contacting them after but to not even get a response was more than disappointing and we could of been in a bad situation financially since we depended on this credit card.

I loved the facility, the best view, excelent for taking pictures, very confortable, clean and luxury, full of charming details, I could feel the love.

The sink in the first floor is to little. Just to say something.
