AVOID Very tired apartment that needs a lot of TLC.😔 Had I seen the previous review, I definitely would not have booked. Obviously, no one has addressed the problems as our findings were the same. Click and Guest totally ignored us and obviously did not want to bother with any concerns raised. No covers on sofa - were told on arrival that the coverrs had been washed and would be replaced the following day. Never happeneinf in our 2 week stay. Pillows very bad with mould on pillow case. Cutlery and crockery all mismatched. Only 2 cups and not enough glasses to offer a drink to friends. Very dirty sunbeds - no cushions. Strips hanging off walls. Lots of traffic noise. as situated betweèn 2 busy roads. All other apartments on the complex seem to be apgraded and lookedk2 very nice. Very poor value for the.money paid. Very disappointed 😔

Nothing, nothing about this place was enjoyable! ... this is the worst place I have stayed in since I was a poor student backpacking !!! I ran out of space below, but I would like to add that the host, as we found out this was not a hotel, would not answer their phones, and despite agreeing a check in time of 12:00 noon, we were left waiting in the baking heat for over an hour and a half, whereby they would simply not answer the numerous calls I made ...l truly believe this property should be avoided at all costs ! The worst place I have staying in at least 20 years by a country mile! you will know because you won't find a review like this by me for accommodation in at least that time if at all!

My recent stay at this property was far below expectations especially given the price, and the least pleasant accommodations I've experienced in years. Firstly, there were pervasive cleanliness issues. The downstairs kitchen area, the floor and the kitchen counter, had small insects all over the place, to the extent that we had to store all open food in covered pots rather than in cupboards. I have video documentation of this. Additionally, the general cleanliness was poor; sun loungers that came with the property were so dirty that they left black marks on my clothing. This was so upsetting, I love relaxing by the pool after a longs days cycle and this is the first holiday to GC whereby I did not lie in the sun at all, the loungers were filthy and there is simply no space in the sun or around the pool to put a sun lounger! To say this ruined my enjoyment is putting it lightly The maintenance of the property was also lacking. The plumbing was not working, and we frequently found there was insufficient hot water for showers. There was a significant leak on the top balcony, which caused water to drip onto the front entrance area. The leak was clearly there upon arrival, however the person who met us to give us the keys simply opened the door and walked away, completely ignoring the leak ! The lack of onsite support exacerbated these issues. There was no reception, staff presence, or information provided to address concerns or request assistance, leaving us to manage issues like the leak on our own. There was no Housekeeping, fresh towels etc, throughout our stay, so €1000 for 6 nights was horrifying! Lastly, I had concerns about safety. The back door had visible signs of prior damage, giving an uneasy impression about the security of the unit. Overall, the combination of unaddressed maintenance issues, lack of cleanliness, and absence of onsite support left us with a negative impression. Regrettably, these conditions overshadowed our holiday experience.
