Posizione dell'appartamento ottima per la mia pianificazione di viaggio. A un minuto di macchina dalla superstrada, a 5 da Funchal, la capitale di Madeira. Presenti nelle vicinanze locali e supermercati abbastanza forniti. La camera è spaziosa, dotata di tutto il necessario. Letti comodi. Consiglio.

Il cambio degli asciugamani, che sono presenti si ma usare sempre gli stessi per più giorni non è il massimo. Il WIFI aveva dei problemi, a volte si scollegava e non era più utilizzabile. Sotto l'appartamento c'è una pizzeria ma non abbiamo sentito rumori cosi fastidiosi.

This is a modern apartment in a new building. There's a pizzeria on the ground floor, and although there were a lot of guests there every evening, it wasn't a problem (it wasn't noisy and we didn't notice any odors). The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Parking is a big plus, as a car is practically essential. The well-equipped kitchen allows for cooking. The washing machine is useful for longer stays (although it would be nice to receive laundry capsules so we don't have to buy them). A clothes dryer and an iron with ironing board are also useful.

There were a few minor things we didn't like: 1. While the downstairs restaurant wasn't a problem, the street noise (both bedrooms face it) was quite loud, even at night. It's practically impossible to sleep with the windows open, but you have to use the air conditioning. I recommend bringing earplugs. 2. There was an unpleasant odor in the double bedroom, which we couldn't get rid of by airing the room daily. As mentioned above, we had to close the windows at night. 3. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything for cooking, but there were no cups and glasses. Furthermore, the description mentioned a dishwasher, but our apartment didn't have one. 4. The amount of soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, etc. should be appropriate for the length of our stay.

Nice and cozy apartment, good size for 2 people, big plus for a free parking.

We had some trouble with wifi connection and we didn’t have internet in the beginning, but the customer service was ready to help and replaced the router.

Es war wirklich sehr sauber. Ich hatte hier einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt, ein Supermarkt ist auch in der Nähe.

Die Unterkunft ist direkt über einem Restaurant, was man eventuell bedenken sollte. Wenn man früh schlafen geht, könnte das eventuell beim Schlafen stören. Ich war ok damit.

Było naprawdę super. Mieszkanko było większe niż oczekiwałem, bardzo czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Kontakt ze strony firmy był świetny. Trafiliśmy na mieszkanie od strony przeciwnej niż restauracja także nie dotknął nas problem hałasu opisywany przez niektóre osoby.

Przestrzenne wnętrza i wystrój. Sypialnia główna z 3 oknami z widokiem na ocean. Lokalizacja przy dużym parkingu( restauracja La Carbonara) . W pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu. Pralnia/prasowalnia ze stacją parową w osobnym pomieszczeniu na bardzo dużym tarasie, na którym można się tez opalać. Restauracje: La Carbonara( centralnie pod obiektem), na tej samej ulicy rewelacyjny Sushi Point(!), Padaria Reis Magos( pieczywo, ciastka, kawa, soki, gotowe zestawy śniadaniowe, super stosunek jakości do ceny)

Prior our arrival Homie emailed me detailed instructions how to get to the property with attached pictures. Great location, so happy I didn’t end up staying in Funchal but here instead. The apartment was clean and modern. Underneath the apartment is a restaurant, you can hear them only around 10am and 11pm when they move the tables and chairs to clean up. Most importantly there is a very lovely local cat that comes around and is very affectionate. Please cuddle him extra long from me :)
