Absolutely loved the view and location! The apartment is in a beautifully renovated medieval tower overlooking the main square — truly stunning. It’s spacious and stylish, with a great kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They helped us with our luggage at check-in, even carrying the larger bags up the stairs. When my husband asked for ice, they brought us two full bags without hesitation. Their hospitality really made the experience exceptional.

There are 45 stairs to reach the apartment, which didn’t bother us at all and we’d absolutely stay here again. But if you have mobility issues, this might not be the right place. That said, Siena itself is full of hills and stairs — it’s just part of the charm and vibe of the city.

Location was excellent, part of the memory of the holiday, with views of Il Campo. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment for 14 nights, so that family could join us at various points and it worked very well. Very spacious with comfortable beds. 2 well appointed shower rooms. Fresh towels provided every 3 days.

The hot water tank was far too small, so proved a problem when 3 or 4 of us in residence. We did mention this to the host and hopefully they will look to install a much larger tank, as there is certainly room to do so. The idea of an inclusive continental buffet breakfast at the host's local cafe, was a nice idea, but sadly we found it underwhelming and often poorly stocked, with some items rather stale, so for the most part we made other arrangements.
