The room and the kitchen was nice, everything was clean and we had problems with the payment but the communication with the host was good and the problem got solved.

In the description of the reservation it was stated that we would have a free parking spot so once we got there we messaged the host, asking for details, but the host answered that the parking spot wasn't included, when we brought up that the information in the description was misleading, the host stopped replying. We also realised that there wasn't bed linen for the third person. We messaged the host again, only to be ignored again.

Clean

Firstly, I paid an additional fee for parking, but I did not receive access to a parking space, nor was any information provided regarding where I was supposed to park. Secondly, there was ongoing construction work in the building, and the noise began as early as 8:00 AM, which significantly disrupted my stay. Lastly, the room was uncomfortably cold throughout my time there, and did not contain soap or dishwashing liquid.

Spacious, quiet, comfortable apartment

No dish washing liquid, soap, hand towels or bath mats, no basic kitchen items like salt & pepper, sugar, tea & coffee bags, milk sachets etc Have to bring everything yourself.

Nice location for what we needed.

Management was rude, insisted that we hadn't paid even though I shared a bank transfer confirmation. Had to speak with bank, booking and the property several times before they called and said they made a mistake. Quite distrusting. In terms of the room, there was no soap, dishwash, shower gel or shampoo whatsoever. Otherwise OK.
