Having received instruction not to wear shoes, I expected s as high level of cleanliness “ to prevent spread of bacteria”, hosts words. Unfortunately the reality did not match up to this. The carpets were filthy , luckily we had taken slippers. The oven was dirty. There were only 2 wine glasses and 2 teaspoons for an 8 bed house. There were only crockery and cutlery looked like it had been purchased at a car boot sale. Sadly the worst and last place of a 10 night holiday. The host was unresponsive, replying to a message sent at 2.15 pm at 11.45pm !!

The property wasn’t very clean, the beds were a very strange length and all parties found their feet hanging off the end of the beds in the rooms. In addition, we had a 4pm strict check in and at 4:30 the ‘cleaner’ was still there and we couldn’t get in. Not sure how much cleaning she had been doing though.

4bed,3bath,space.Just off A1 so good for travelling/meeting up. Not far from Yaxley for eating out.House quite new.

No wine or drinking glasses or tin opener so we had to go out and purchase.We washed all the crockery and cutlery and grill machine before using. Internal doors/ skirting need a clean or paint. WiFi didn't work but owner came next evening- was previous guests moving leads about.

Perfect location for our event, lots of space.

Another fan for the forth bedroom would have been good.

For a 4-bedroom house, having 3 showers and 4 WCs is a big advantage and very convenient. The garden is a good size, and overall the house feels modern, bright, and generously proportioned.

Only one kitchen towel was provided and there was no cloth to wipe the table. I would also say there were too few plates (only 6) and not enough utensils.
