Homey 1-bedroom Condo Baguio City Moldex

We like that the property is very safe, has an elevator, and is located very near the city center. There are also nearby eateries if you don't want to cook. If you want to cook, the unit is equiped with complete kitchen utensils and equipment. Opposite the street is Apsulan grocery and live stock (yes, you can buy live chicken and have them dressed for a minimal fee). The unit can accommodate up to four slim built persons (3 in the bed and one in the single sofa bed) and up to three medium built persons. Everything is accessible through jeep or taxi passing by on the main road. If you're travelling from Manila or the north, the Moldex Residences are located along the road on the way to the city center. Buses pass by it. Since it's located at street level, it won't be a problem navigating slopes just to get to the unit.

The place is cozy with very nice rendering wall design. The space is not big which I like can easily move around quick.

Need to improve the following. 1. Need to change the electric stove to induction cooker 2. Need to have a step block separator between the shower area and the toilet bowl to keep the floor dry

The bed was comfy and had an extra mattress that really makes us happy with our stay pwede pa magluto chaka may pa free coffee and water pa. We will definitely go back.
