Located perfectly for our needs , the shared kitchen the bathroom and bedroom were clean , plenty of cupboard space and good television and Wi-Fi

Because of our age group the stairs to the room was hard work and then three more stairs in the room to go into the bathroom

Converted terraced house into 3 en-suite rooms and shared kitchen. Excellent value for money £75 for 2 nights in the weekend before Christmas. Clean, comfortable, great shower. Good communication throughout process.

Stairs to upstairs are a little steep but that’s typically of this type of property.

Cheap Handy location. Didn't have very high expectations. Was just looking for a room to get some sleep after a family funeral (drive home.is 3hrs). Though this would do. Didn't have to be fancy, just clean and comfy.

Really was basic. Was cold, heating not on. Was an electric heater box, but nothing in the box. Lock didn't work on room door so couldn't lock. Bed was up against radiator and every time I moved in the bed, it creaked and grated against radiator. Bathroom shabby..place was a bit shabby overall. There was tea, coffee and sugar in room with a kettle. Didn't touch it because coffee and sugar were rock solid, caked in a small jar (obvs not touched for a long time). You get what you pay for I guess. Wouldn't be rushing to stay again. It's cheap and very basic but even so, I think they could up their game a bit and make it much more comfortable for very little money and effort.
