"SCAMMERS!!!"

SCAMMERS!!! First of all, they asked for a £100 deposit, which I haven't seen before. then 3 days into the stay they refunded the £72,75 and accused me of stealing two pillows (bed pillow and green). After that I tried to contact them and was ignored. I had to look for a number to send evidence, pictures. In my photo you can see pillows, in the cleaner's photos there are no green pillows!!!!

"Disappointing"

Comfortable bed

Room to hot had to sleep with window open, no had rail to get to bathroom water leaking from shower screen, hot and cold taps wrong way, hot tap was cold cold tap was hot. Didn't like the idea fo having to go downstairs to make a cup of tea. We had uncomfortable nights sleep because of the heat. We left at 5.50am on the morning we were due to leave, and not 10.30 when we should of left.
