Mango Lovers Zen Beach Retreat w Hot Tub

There was a grocery store within walking distance. The property was clean. However, the towels were mismatched & tattered and one even had a dried baked in boogie in it!? Eww.

The photos are deceptive. The house is much smaller. The location is not good. It is too far to walk anywhere. You are close to a porn shop if that’s yr thing. The hot tub did not work. I told the host. He sent someone out that said it was in eco mode & supposedly fixed it, but it would not get hotter than 92 degrees. That was too cold for my group to enjoy. Also, the yard was not private. The sidewalk was right there. Half of it was a muddy mess. The beds are basically on the floor and extremely low. The slat was broken in one of the beds that the host did come & fix. The air conditioners were not getting as cold as we set the temperature to. Unfortunately we went during a prime holiday week over new years and paid $1,650. It was NOT worth the cost. Host refused a partial refund due to broken hot tub. Also, in order to rent in the first place, they want copies of your driver’s license as well as a facial scan from some 3rd party app. My advice is to avoid at all costs.
