Very good location, near to beach and other attractions, check in and check out is very smooth. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend for family or group of friends.

It was a very nice stay. The apartment was very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The owner communicated very quickly and was lovely to deal with. The area was a bit far from the Old Medina, but there are many shops and restaurants nearby.

"Overall, the house is good — the only downside was the construction work, the city is beautiful both during the day and at night.

I received a message from him to arrange the day for paying the municipal tax. He initially asked if it could be on the 7th, but I asked him to come on the 9th. However, he showed up on the 8th without any prior notice or communication. Also, the tax is €1 per night. Since we stayed for 10 nights, the total should have been €20, but we were charged €27. During our stay, there were people doing construction work at night, which was very disturbing. The TV also had several issues with streaming platforms such as Netflix and Prime Video.

Great location central 2 km to the old city and 5 minutes walking to treinstation, to marina, city mall every things in the neighborhood. Simple incheck with key code have a good breakfast on corner city view rest. Friendly house agent

just the gaz wasn’t work but the guy bring me other to use .thanks to him really he was sooo helpful everytime I need him he come.and I don’t like that the garden stop my friend in the door he say he can’t come inside.
