Piscina #1 is closed from Sun 15 Sept 2024 until Sun 01 Jun 2025 Piscina #1 is closed from Mon 15 Sept 2025 until Mon 01 Jun 2026 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Vermieter spricht kein Englisch, Kommunikation sehr schwierig. Appartment riecht modrig, Betten waren bei Ankunft nicht bezogen, Handtücher im Bad auch nicht vorhanden. Laut Vermieter zwar alles in einem Schrank vorhanden, aber bei einer Unterkunft diese Preisklasse inakzeptabel. Am Pool auch viel zu wenige Liegemöglichkeiten für die Anzahl an potenziellen Gästen, außerdem Müll im Innenhof. Wir sind nach kurzem Aufenthalt wieder abgereist, von der gesamten Experience eine Unterkunft, die wir so im Piemont noch nie erlebt haben und wir kommen mehrfach pro Jahr.
