First-Class 5BR Villa in Hollywood Lakes

Completely as advertised and more. And minor issues quickly and totally resolved. Amazing space for family group of 10.

Really have nothing to complain about.

The location, as far as access to good restaurants, grocery stores, and liquor stores, was great. We easily walked. We used Uber to travel to the beach and Hard Rock Casino.

The house needs some updating. The kitchen is desperate. Many cabinets are chipped. The bottom of the sink cabinet is rotting. The faucet is very loose. The oven's pilot light would not light, so we were unable to use the oven. The upstairs bathroom shower head and shower door are not functional. Because there is only a partial shower door, and it does not seal at the floor, water floods 1/2 the bathroom with every shower. The shower head does not tilt, so you are forced to stand underneath it. The pool itself was awesome. The water is heated to a perfect temperature--refreshing. However, the pool area is quite unattractive. The plants are overgrown to the point they encroach on the pool patio. There are weeds growing between the patio tiles. There are plenty of lounge chairs. Pool towels provided do the job. The screened porch is filthy. Many screens are torn or ripped away from the wood. We didn't use the porch. I felt that the pictures on the website are not a true representation of the property. The photographer did an excellent job making this property look luxurious and 5 star. This is not the case. For the price, I would expect better quality. There are cheaper options available. Perhaps the exaggerated pricing is just for a heated pool??

The Villa was super clean and comfortable. We had everything that we needed for a great vacation! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen and outdoor bbq had all the needed utensils to prepare meals. All rooms have TV with lots of channels and apps options. We loved the pool and the sunnroom! The staff was super responsive when we contacted them and came to the villa very quick to fix the flickering light. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay, and we trully enjoyed it! Location is just a short 15-minute walk from downtown, really accessible for diner out. Lots of restaurant options within 1-2 kilometers. Overall, it was a great stay that enhanced our vacation time in Hollywood FL. Thank you to all the staff that contributed! We appreciate you!
