Booking.com failed to send me the email that gave the codes to get into the gate. I did reach out to the phone number given for Assistance. The woman, Vera, was very helpful. The only thing about the property that was unpleasant is that the refrigerator tripped eight different times in the day and a half we were there. I notified staff at that same number.

Beds really cheap and uncomfortable, disposal stank, left a valuable item and apparently it just walked away.

Check-in was easy and convenient upon arrival. The place was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We did not cook but the kitchen had all the supplies needed to do so. It is located right next to the park that we enjoyed walking to after dinner to burn off the kid's energy. The children enjoyed the games that were available at the apartment and the Disney+ on the tv. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would return if I was in the are again.
