Bon emplacement et accès, facile pour stationner . Appartement agréable et calme , bon agencement , surface et distribution des pièces, ainsi que l’ensemble des équipements et climatisation .

La literie de deux chambres sur trois , qui était pour l’une trop rigide et l’autre bruyante. Également l’équipement douche et mélangeur d’une salle d’eau .
