The only negative I experienced during my stay was that the shade allowed light in. It was a minor problem for me because I like a darker room. For those who like some light it would not be a problem.
USUSUSUSGot stuck in Pittsboro due to flooding, staff was exceptionally helpful and kind about our circumstances.
USWhen I arrived and tried to check in with the Hilton Honors app I was unable to get a digital key. The front desk worker told me there were only accessible King rooms available which is something I prefer not to use. She was able to find me a King room (upgrade) for me. I appreciated her concern and service.
