Great location with great price

The room was not clean; there was dust on the floor to the right of the bed.

Je n’ai pas apprécié ce logement. Il y avait beaucoup d’humidité dans la chambre, ce qui rendait le séjour inconfortable. De plus, il n’y avait pas de climatisation. La cuisine était très mal équipée : pas d’assiettes, pas de verres, ni fourchettes ou ustensiles de base. Malheureusement, cela ne correspondait pas à mes attentes.

I appreciated how swift staff were in responding to any queries or requests which I had.

The bedroom didn't have a towel rack for towels to be hung after use. Didn't have TV as advertised.

Very difficult check-in process. I booked and paid for the room through Booking, but afterwards I received a WhatsApp message asking me to pay again. I sent a screenshot confirming the payment, however they kept insisting that I should pay through their link and refused to provide the door code. After several phone calls, the issue was finally resolved only through Booking. It gave me the impression that the hotel was trying to charge me twice. After this situation, I also received messages saying that this is a “small hotel” and asking me not to leave a bad review, which felt very unprofessional. The room itself was very small, the walls were dirty, and the overall cleanliness was poor. There was no TV in the room even though it was listed in the description. There is a kettle on the floor, but no cups available. I would not stay here again.
