Appartement très beau, surface adaptée pour une famille (sauf coin cuisine sans plan de travail) avec des rangements et bien équipé. Bâtiment bien sécurisé. La climatisation a été très appréciée surtout en période de canicule. Emplacement idéal. Appréciable aussi : quelques dosettes à café, et kit de première nécessité, lits faits, et serviettes fournies. 2 trousseaux de clé, très pratique. Les échanges avec l'agence minty stay sur WhatsApp très pratique.

Vraiment trop de bruit de circulation, fenêtres fermées ou ouvertes : guère de différences, simple vitrage. Impossible de se reposer que ce soit le jour ou la nuit. Bouchons anti bruit obligatoire ! L'appartement serait top avec du double vitrage, c'est vraiment dommage. Une petite table haute d'appoint pourrait être ajoutée dans la cuisine car pas de plan de travail. Le matelas de la petite chambre est moins confortable à 2 personnes.

Great location. Excellent communication with Minty Stay beforehand and Gustavo arrived promptly as agreed and was more than welcoming showing us the keys, AC etc. Puerta del Sol and Prado easily walkable.

It was a little dirty and beds were a little worn.

Absolutely perfect for our stay. Highly recommend and will return again! Living/diner spacious enough for a city break. Everything you need in your apartment. Lift access great for arrival and departure for luggage. Very clean. Nice and light apartment. Central location (metro outside front door).

Not double glazed windows so quite noisy but to be expected in a central location.

The most valuable feature of this property was location, location, location. It is literally next to the Metro, also, a Taxi and bus stops very near. You could reach dozens of points of interest for tourists (museums, plazas, restaurants, Atocha Train Station, etc.) with just a 30 min, walk. Access to the apartment was easy, just one story up or take the elevator. We visited during the winter season, so the place was always warm and had plenty of hot water to bathe. The apartment was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable and rooms dark and quiet. Loved looking on to the streets from the balcony. We had great communication with our hosts.

It took me a while to find something I did not like, but I was just nitpicking. You really needed a lot of force to open the heavy street-level building entrance door. We had washed some clothes but wished there was a dryer or a washer/dryer. Clothes were dried with the electrical towel warmer in the bathroom.

Location was excellent; easy access to all major places. All the places we wanted to go (especially, three major museums) were within walking distance. Moreover a lot of stores and restaurants were within walking distance as well. It saved us a lot of energy to look for a restaurant everyday. The owner was accommodating to keep our luggages in their office before check in and after check out. It was very helpful. Thank you.

The apartment is noisy at night: garbage pick up truck and people talking in the street. If the windows were double panes, it would reduce noise from outside. Microwave oven was capricious. We did not use any other equipment during our stay.
