All ensuite rooms, clean and tidy, easy check-in process, off-road secure parking, friendly support, good location, plenty of space

Very minor but we had to get door stops as the self closing mechanism was a little strong for our young children. Would also be nice if the hallway lights could be manually switched off when required.

Whilst the landlord was horrified at the photos sent and willing to rectify the issues, it would have meant cancelling our plans to stay in for cleaners and decorators which would have further ruined our stay.

The whole place was filthy dirty. Food stains on furniture. Used bedding, requiring us to purchase new sheets. The showers had a build up of dirt that suggested a full clean hadn’t happened for a long time. There were hairs in drawers, on work surfaces and in fridge. There were also a number of old stains on the floor. It was so unpleasant we ate out rather than using any of the facilities.

3 double ensuite rooms

could have been cleaner, cob webs in some of the widows, internal doors were grubby no instruction on how to get electricity working, no instruction on where to leave key on departure
