It was clean and spare and well laid out. It was attractively decorated without being cloying. I enjoyed the Florida room. The kitchen was easy to navigate. I did not wish to leave when we checked out.

"If you have a problem like no AC not their problem"

Space that we never stayed in and refunding was a joke. If anything isn’t working good luck and full price. No AC

No AC either Booking.com or the owner only wanted to give back a third of the rental. The owner blamed Booking but Idk? Didn’t make it an hour in the house with no air and that was spent trying to figure it out. Smoke alarm constantly beeping and they couldn’t even get that fixed. Repair guy came by during one of my check backs. He can’t change an air filter or a battery? Don’t do this to yourself. Trip blown up!

Very comfortable, easy location to travel around from.

There weren’t any instructions about using the TVs, taking out the trash etc, and the laundry room was not clean. The kitchen was fairly well stocked but dish towels would be helpful.

"Very pleasant property"

Very peaceful, comfortable and spacious property. Excellent master bedroom with walk-in closet and a super en-suite with very good shower. Good Wi-Fi. Very quiet location. Wonderful laundry facilities!

Auto-sprinklers are a bit smelly!
