-location

-check in was not smooth, information is lacking and no orientation. It would have been better if there were info given prior to check in or a list in the unit that orients you where is the wifi password (not bending down to the router at the end of the living room to check that) or where is this thing located etc... -there was NO WATER SUPPLY upon check in at 5pm. After a long day of travelling and we wanted to freshen up, no water supply is the worst suprise we got. We had to go to a nearby mall to have bites while they were sorting it out. In the end, we were relocated to another unit at 9pm+ and only able to freshen up by then. It was tiring and really very inconvenient and we have to move all our stuffs again. -it's a bare minimum unit. -freezer was dirty with brown ice/stains. -mattress is soft you can feel the bed frame.

The accommodation is pet friendly. The place was super clean and they provided clean towels for each one of us.
