"Beautiful location lovely apartment but a few updates needed"

Really loved location. Apartment had loads of space. Outdoor area excellent. Beds really comfortable and lovely linen. Lots of cupboards.Bathrooms- Huge . So close to beach and excellent choice of restaurants and bars at marina.

Kitchen lovely but lacked serving dishes/ plates very minimal amount of glasses/plates (we bought a corkscew). Bathrooms both had problems with showers (the master shower tray had holes covered up with a synthetic door mat- not hygienic) huge crack in back bedroom sink. Balcony furniture- one of the woven chairs really broken & cushions not very clean. Livingroom -Sofa cushions and decorative blanket marked and in need of a clean. Wooden flooring very creaky loose/ wrapped- huge rise at front bedroom window (trip hazard) looked like some repairs had been carried out to floor . Apartment would have been amazing if maintenance was carried out
