La casetta di Giusy - Alloggio turistico

La posizione é davvero perfetta: l'appartamento si trova nel viale di ingresso di Villa Lante, vista imperdibile per chi soggiorna a Bagnaia, a sua volta molto comoda per visitare Viterbo. Una breve scalinata porta ad un ampio parcheggio pubblico gratuito raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata. Da citare anche la vicinissima pizzeria, citata tra le migliori d'Italia dal Gambero Rosso. L'alloggio é arredato con gusto ed attenzione ai particolari. Si tratta di un recupero di un seminterrato di una villetta a schiera, effettuato però con cura e con la bella intuizione di inserire una veranda piena di piante verdi al fine di collegare la camera da letto alla cucina. Accoglienza molto buona da parte di Giusy che ha cercato di venire incontro alle nostre richieste collegate ad un problema di intolleranze alimentari.

Come già scritto, si tratta di fatto di un appartamento ricavato in un seminterrato, con camera da letto e bagno ( cieco con aspiratore) posti in fondo allo stesso. Finestra in camera da letto ad altezza della strada. Luminosità e ricambio d'aria sono quindi un pò limitati. L'appartamento é comunque molto accogliente. Magari suggerirei di inserire un tavolino da colazione nella bella veranda al posto del grande divano che potrebbe magari essere sostituito da una poltrona. Attenzione al parcheggio: per quanto molto ampio, alla sera tende a riempirsi.

When there were activities in the town, parking was full.

Charming apartment in a charming village next to Villa Lanti and a short drive to Villa Farnese, Bagnoregio and Viterbo. Parking close by and all that you need in few minutes walk. Helpful hosts that live upstairs.

Amazing experience. We spent 1 night during our road trip in Toskana in this small gem, but we should have just stay there the whole time. When you enter you feel instantly welcome in the beautiful small balcony with lots of plants. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, coffee machine and even a milk frother. Everything is clean, the style is unique and there is a pleasant oriental smell everywhere. Sweet pastries, tea and coffee avaiable for breakfast. Parking is in an open parking lot, 2 minutes from the appartment. I could keep on, but you just have to experience it. We would definitley stay there again.

This apartment is a true jewel. The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood just steps away from Villa Lante. There is a separate entry to a garden and porch with comfortable chairs where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast or a drink in the evening. The kitchen is well-equipped and the owner, signora Giusy, provides a great selection of coffee flavors, juice, milk and breakfast treats, all carefully picked. The bedroom and bathroom are quite spacious and everything is immaculate. You can appreciate the owner's attention to detail in the decoration, the objects and the books that abound in the apartment. It's really a place of discovery. Finally, check-in was a simple process. We easily found the key in a locked box with a code and met signora Giusy later in the day. She is very pleasant, discreet and attentive. Grazie mille signora Giusy, ci piacerebbe tornare presto!
