Todo muy bien. Las llaves estaban en el apartamento. LLamas por telefono y te abren la puerta. Me parece una excelente forma de entrar.

Al apartamento no le falta detalle. Estarás como en tu propia casa y no echarás nada en falta. Está muy bien decorado y hay espacio y huecos por todos lados.

Me gustó todo, pero por decir algo, podrían poner más sábanas normales. La camas no tenían sábanas de arriba, era un nórdico con funda, y se pasa un poco de calor

Tiene muchos detalles, muy completa, menaje, juegos y decorada muy bonita La ubicación y el barrio es muy bueno.

Lo único que si aconsejaría para que fuera una estancia perfecta es que las almohadas fueran algo mejores.

It was a great time. In 42 days the apartment became our home. The apartment had everything we needed for a long stay and even more than we needed. Our 4-year-old daughter was happy with the many toys and the comfortable children's bed in a separate room. Fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful view from the windows on both sides. There are 3 large shops nearby (one of which is open 7 days a week and until late). There are many cafes and restaurants around. Las Teresitas beach is 15 minutes by car. Many thanks to Amanda, Belinda and other workers who super quickly resolved any problems that arose and were always in touch.

Really appreciated the potty and child kitchen with utensils our one year old absolutely loved it. Loads of child appropriate dishes and bowls and cups made life much much easier. Location less than five minutes from a great plaza with children's park and lovely cafes. I needed to get some work done whilst on holiday, there was good WiFi, quiet calm good work space. Easy walking distance to Santa Cruz Less than 5 minutes to lots of small supermarkets, cafes, bars, the sea, children's park etc

The property is located in a quiet, good-quality area near the seafront. There are restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets a short walk away but on another street so there is no noise at night. The eastern end of the city is a 15-minute walk away or can be accessed by using buses that pass along the seafront. There is also free street parking and we usually found a space in a nearby off-street car park. So this was a good base from which to explore the city and to do longer trips out by car. It's a good-quality, modern apartment, and is well-equipped. The communication with the management team was always very good. When we noticed a door handle needed repair they sent a technician promptly. There is a lift but if you feel like some exercise you can walk up lots of stairs to reach the apartment as it's near the top.

There is nothing bad to report about this place really.

A very modern, spacious and well equipped apartment. For four adults, it was very comfortable, we very much enjoyed our stay.

A double or two twin beds in the second room would have been nice/preferable but was not a problem.
