A cosy home from home in lovely surroundings. The cottage is simply full of character with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A perfect getaway for some peace and quiet with stunning views of the countryside as well as being a great base for exploring the area. Great communication from host and lovely touch of leaving some traditional Welsh Cake for us on our arrival. Couldn't fault this accommodation at all...thanks for a great stay just wish was for longer

Lovely, quiet and tranquil setting. Everything you needed was supplied (except meals of course). Milk and Welsh Cake were a nice surprise.

The place was so nice we found it hard to leave and explore other areas of North Wales, but we did manage to in the end.

the fireplace was lovely

the worst bed I've ever slept on. my wife and I woke up crippled in pain both mornings. very soft mattress and the cheapest jankiest bed frame ever. the centre of the bed was higher than the edges so we constantly felt like we would fall out. the host made a point of meeting us at the property whilst completely superfluous. she then let herself in and insisted on showing us around the property as if we couldn't possibly find our own way around. after 4 hours driving the last thing I wanted or needed was to be shown around like a child when all our family wanted was to come in sit down and relax. the hot water system kept us up late at night with the pipes banging and knocking for several hours. the host's have an adjoining property and had us up at 1am whilst they came and went in vehicles making a racket. they insist you park away from the cottage and it's hard work to get down where they want you in a large car. the fit and finish is poor throughout I think they hide behind the fact it's a cottage and selling it as the charm of it. the kitchen and bathroom leave allot up be desired
