housekeeping staff were friendly and always made sure I had everything I needed. They were quick but thorough, and I never had to ask for extra toiletries or towels.

location was central but not too close to the noisy areas, which was a perfect balance for a peaceful stay.

Staff & Hospitality: Reception staff were notably friendly and accommodating, providing a positive contrast to the shortcomings in facilities and services. Location & Surroundings: The hotel benefits from a lovely beachfront location, with several pleasant cafés nearby. The South Dragun Hotel’s Café stood out as an excellent alternative to the North hotel’s own food services. I recommend aperol spritz! Prices are more expensive than in Germany though. You can use South hotel’s gym although it is not modern and very small The have medical assistance that works with many major insurances and can take you to the hospital if something happens

Room Experience: • Initially assigned room had a non-functioning air conditioner. • the hotel offered a smaller room as a replacement, despite having booked a junior suite. The junior suite was not fully prepared: • Missing toiletries (e.g., shampoo) - added the next day after I tipped the cleaner • Non-functional TV (remote’s batteries?) • Curtains did not fully cover the windows A small bottle of red wine and a fruit plate were provided as a welcome gesture, which was nice. Dining & Food Services: • Breakfast options were inadequate: • No lactose-free milk • No gluten-free alternatives • Dinner offerings were minimal, especially the fruit selection. • Guests with dietary requirements may find the food offerings lacking. You may want discover other food options in the village Additional Services: • The Albatros Tour in front of the South hotel was disappointing. I’d recommend other providers. Although it was convenient for the pickup. - Excessively loud music • Inadequate snorkeling experience (although one turtle was spotted) • Lunch is included but was not suitable - they promised “chicken” but it turned out to be processed, frozen chicken sticks 😅 again, no dietary alternatives so I took my own food with me - it is nice to be on a boat as the weather was good but one of the stops had visible garbage on the sea floor

The staff were always available when I needed assistance. They didn’t hover, but whenever I asked for help, they were quick and courteous.

The room was bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. It made the space feel more open and welcoming.

The staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They provided me with extra blankets when I requested them and helped me with local recommendations.
