Comfort of the facilities and the size of the room.

The Air conditioning was not working and it was very hot in Ostuni, in the beggining of June. So we did not sleep well the first night. Besides that, The parking is far from the B&B and we had to take 2 tuk tuks from the parking to the accomodation. They cost us €40. But what really upset me was the ruddeness that Mariangela received us when we finally arrived at the accomodation. I had the best expectations about Il Quinto Elemento and we left Ostuni very disappointed with this kind of treatment we had in the moment we checked in.

Excellent location and beautiful property.

We weren’t able to choose any features of any individual apartment. We had 3 apartments. One ended up being a duplex and it was an older couple staying there. They had mobility issues and would not have chosen that layout.

Parking issue and small streets

Well equipped accommodation in a breath taking and lovingly restored historic building very close to the historic centre of Ostuni. The hosts were always available to respond to requests and were extremely accommodating when affording us a late check out which was greatly appreciated due to a late flight home. We really enjoyed our stay in the accommodation and wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we are ever privileged enough to return to the beautiful town of Ostuni.

There is no way to choose the features of individual apartments. Each apartment shows all of the photos of all and you cannot tell what you are getting. One of our group ended up with a duplex that they had mobility issues.
