the local farmer looked at my villa many times everyday, I contacted the hotel, hotel answered back will talk with the farmer.But during my 3 days,the old farmer still looked my villa everyday,please try to have good friendship with your neighbors or chose another location to build your hotel.very rude!!

the sheets,the cover of the bed and pillows are full of stains,and very strong smelly. your hotel just charged money from guests, but never respected them to change your sheet after one guest checking out? please let your GM to sleep in your villa one night, it was posion villa full of smelly.

Absolutely amazing place. Very stylish and fresh-felt like we would be the first ones staying here. View is great-we were lucky as rice fields in front of house was as green as they could be.

"Dissapointing from arrival."

Upon arrival at the Villa, we were immediately disappointed to discover that there was still ongoing loud construction taking place, which we were not informed about beforehand. Despite the villa being advertised as having a "private outdoor pool," there were workers right outside the villa, making it uncomfortable to use the pool or enjoy the open plan living area due to the lack of privacy. Additionally, there was excess smoke and fire from burning in the fields, which we were also not informed about. After addressing these issues with management, we were upgraded to another villa. However, shortly after moving, we encountered the same problems with loud construction and smoke from fires in the rice fields. This led to our decision to check out the next day, as we were extremely disappointed with the situation upon arrival. To our dismay, management denied any knowledge of these issues despite us providing photographic evidence. Furthermore, we were not offered a refund despite not being warned about the construction, smoke, fire, and lack of privacy prior to our arrival. While we understand that these may be cultural practices, it is essential for guests to be informed about them beforehand or during the check-in process. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable.
