Proximity was ideal. Excellent crepe place next door. Quiet location. Very clean and comfortable. Host is excellent at communication. She cares!

It was a great apartment and a big thank you to the host for everything and being so responsive to all of my questions. If I ever am back in Lisbon and in need of an apartment again, I know where I will be booking!

"A nice stay overall at Pedras Negras!"

Location and size of the apartment were great. Floors weren't the cleanest, but everything else was clean. It was a very spacious apartment for 3 people with tall ceilings and plenty of space. Large living area. The 2 bathrooms had good storage under the sink, and the showers worked well with good water pressure. The kitchen was well stocked (plates/cups/bowls/large fridge/freezer. Plenty of table space and chairs for sitting down to eat in the family room and in the kitchen. The washing machine worked well and was relatively quiet and fast. A drying rack was provided. We had a couple of questions while we were there, and the host responded quickly. She was very friendly. An on-site caretaker, Fatima, showed up immediately when we had a question about the washing machine. She was also very friendly and helpful. The weather was nice when we were there, but they provided several fans that helped keep the air moving in the apartment, making it very pleasant.

The living room rug and a couple of the chairs were a little dingy, but not a big problem. The mattresses were pretty hard.

Great location and lovely, clean, and spacious apartment. Communication with the host was excellent.

Pillows were very flat and a bit uncomfortable. Mezzanine floor gets very hot at night.
