Kari's Island Escape - Historic District

The place was very comfortable. All necessities were met. Great location.

Such a cute little house. Very well maintained and decorated. Fantastic location and great hosts! It was also very well stocked with kitchen equipment and personal items for the bathroom.

We’ve traveled to Galveston for the past 4 years and Kari’s place was by far the best vacation rental we have stayed in! The cottage was spacious (even for 4 people: king bed, daybed & trundle), well equipped (fully stocked kitchen, lots of extra pillows, blankets and towels), quiet (loved hearing the frogs on the screened in porch w/ fan), comfortable (felt like a home and not just a blank-slate rental unit), and walkable to everything in the historic Strand district. Our host was gracious, friendly, and communicative before and during our stay. We will be staying here again and cannot recommend this place highly enough for its location, charm, and value! Thanks, Kari, for an amazing Labor Day weekend getaway!

Very cozy, decorated, and supplied. Close to the Strand and beach.

Close to historical district. Very clean well put together home. Owners are very communicative. Would definitely recommend! Nothing bad to say at all.
