Bed too small for a 6ft man. Basic requirement is a comfortable sleep.

Location was fabulous. Great sea views and scenic 5 minute walk to main village. Also a bar/cafe almost opposite. Very clean property and friendly reception staff.

No broom provided so we couldn’t clean up the sand after our dog walk on the beach. Windows had condensation which spoiled the views a little. Even though we were warned to take, would be easier if simple washing up liquid/cloth could be provided for the money charged. 2 single beds were soft and not very comfortable. No bathroom mat, so slippy floor getting out of shower. Maybe a gate for the balcony making it child/dog proof so patio doors could be left open. But none of these spoiled our stay.

The price was excellent when compared to similar in the area. Comfortable & clean. Friendly helpful staff at reception. I went with family members for a funeral. The journey to Westward Ho & home again after such a day was too long, so looked at booking something for just the night. But after going there I thought my wife and two young children would love it, will definitely come back to visit the beach and explore a bit more.

There wasn't anything I could find to complain about. So don't know why they put a sad face against it surely that's a good thing.
