Staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Very reactive and solved any issues very quickly. They took very good care of me. I was very grateful for them as I arrived under stressful circumstances. Everybody was really nice but Jessika Lyngdoh showed me great kindness. I also had a great experience at the spa with a masseuse who was very good. Hotel is good value for money.

The gym could so with a spruce up - it's quite a small room and needs a fresh coat of white paint to make it feel 'new' and more inviting. The wifi wasn't very reliable and was quite on-off throughout my stay.

The facility is very well situated at Kormamgala accessible to all other prime locations within Bengaluru city. Nice staff and overall very good service. Very calm and quiet place surrounded by good neighborhood.
