Een opsomming: - Geen reactie op vragen en tekortkomingen via booking. - Veren voelbaar in alle matrassen. - Schimmel op kit in slaapkamer. - Inchecken onduidelijk, kon blijkbaar ook bij de buren maar dat stond niet aangegeven. - Geen theedoek of kleine handdoeken aanwezig. - Knop in douche zit los. - Gordijnen zijn niet breed genoeg om ramen af te schermen. Blindering werkt beperkt. - Keukengerei is vrij beperkt (geen spatel, 1 kleinere koekenpan). En zo zijn er nog meer kleine dingen die an sich niet een groot probleem zijn, maar wel een trend laten zien van achterstallig onderhoud of desinteresse. Verschillende warmtekleuren van lichtbronnen, een matrashoes die net niet past, een airco die zo slecht reageert dat we eerst dachten dat deze stuk was, spinnenwebben her en der. Het geeft niet de indruk dat er onderhoud wordt gepleegd. Het zijn makkelijk op te lossen zaken, dus ik hoop dat men hier iets mee gaat doen. Tot die tijd kom ik niet terug.

Że po godzinie kiedy kończy się zameldowanie czyli po 19 trzeba zapłacić 120 zł ochronie , nikt z obsługi recepcji nie musiał specjalnie na nas czekać a ochrona jest całodobowa więc nie rozumiem o co tu chodzi , zwykle wyludzenie

Location was great and the people working at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant.

There were no hand towels or face cloths. There were no paper towels and dishes towels. The counter had some crumbs on it but no big deal the pool hours should start earlier. They should have a sign up sheet for time slots or have two time slots for swimming earlier in the day kids and later in the evening adults. That way everyone can enjoy the pool and hot tub. To many people all at once the pool isn't very big. Other than that everything was great not sure if things are done differently in Europe we are from Canada.
