Location was convenient The space was great It had functioning a/c Bathroom was neat Beds were comfortable Kitchen had the essentials Provided clean bedding and towels Good wifi and TV

Communication with host- didn't give me the right information that I needed when I asked for it Check in instructions were incomplete The bathroom smelt like cigarettes There was an enormous cocroach on the first night of our stay The windows in the rooms had no black out curtains so it was difficult to keep the rooms dark at night

I liked that there were two bedrooms and the natural lighting

I didn't like that when I got there it was slightly dirty in the bathroom and rooms. The bed in the main room slightly caved in in the middle, so it wasn't comfortable to sleep in at all. The worst is that unannounced to me, there's banging on my door at 9 am, after I had just worked a night shift . Of course, it's maintenance saying hey, we need to come in and inspect the tub ...they then proceeded to hammer and drill for another 3 hours while I tried to sleep since I had work again that night. There were also no basic seasonings here, and I ended up buying them as well as a cutting board.Unfortunately, I couldn't recommend anyone stay here. My experience wasn't great, and the woman who would call me just had this undertone of annoyance when I was the one being inconvenienced. Hopefully, some of the issues can be fixed for future guests.
