Nothing in particular

Comfortable apartment in great part of town. Initially put off by the graffiti on the building and rubbish in the street. The rubbish was removed and street swept by the time we left. Some of the apartment was showing wear & tear. Had issues with electricity and water on last day. That said, we had a great time, staff were brilliant and we would go back.

It was a perfect place to fall in love with Palermo. The apartment is ideally located. The view is breathtaking. And I greatly enjoyed a warm welcome by the owner :) Personal contact is truly heartwarming!

The bathroom

Location, cleanliness and decor inside the unit, big space, comfortable bed and excellent host.

Just around the building there are trash everywhere. The kitchen and bathroom can use some updating. Living room, bedroom and dining area are modern and in good condition.

The owner waited for us in the apartment, although it was 10 PM and gave us keys. The apartment is in the very center of the city, yet very calm and bright. It was extremely clean and very comfortable and we felt like at home. The owner was very helpful, she provided us all kinds of tips and information. She responded immediately to all our queries. One more point in favor of this apartment is that good restaurants and bars as well as taxi and busses are within 5 min walking distance and all points of interest in the city can be reached on foot.
