Spacious lower level living all for you!

Good location. Definitely spacious. Fully equipped. I was a little worried about it being a basement apartment, but it was fine. Nice and light. Access on to garden area. Not too much noise from above. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable bed

It was a great amount of space (especially with a toddler!). We only stayed for one night, so it worked perfectly for what we needed. We loved that it stayed so cool in the space (we are from a cooler climate and were not enjoying the Corvallis heat)!

I was a bit disappointed by the cleanliness of the space (lots of food, hair, and dust on the floors, food crumbs on the counters in the kitchen, hair in the bathroom sink, and the oven was degusting). We requested a pack and play, but unfortunately couldn't get the rails to stay locked in place. Luckily we had brought our personal pack and play with us for the second night on our journey so we were able to use that. We

It is very nicely dcorated. The price was competitive. The only aspect that could stand improvement was the shower floor, but hey, who worries about such a small issue?

It's a huge space, perfect for a family to stay. The kitchen was well-appointed and I really liked the painted pipe :) The entry/mud-room is great for gathering your things before heading out for the day. The living/dining room is huge with good light. Lots of books & games and a TV.

The first door you see when you arrive has a code box, but that's NOT the door you go into. I was initially confused about this, as I wasn't instructed to walk around the back of the house & down the stairs to access the space. This direction would've been very helpful. Also, I needed to contact the owner for the door code as apparently Booking.com didn't include it in the access instructions as she thought. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned, particularly the toilet, and there was a layer of dust on the top of the stove vent. Visitors should be extra careful in the DIY shower - the floor is extremely slippery when soap gets on it, and the slope to the drain is a hazard.
