Atres Griya Villa 5 Private Bedroom Kuta

The Villa is exactly like the photos. The 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms are lovely and great for a group of people. The pool and outdoor area are awesome. The staff were helpful and the cleaning staff were excellent.

The kitchen is not great. The cupboards have a weird smell. We didnt cook anything there and ate out or got delivery. The lounge furniture is very uncomfortable. The beds and pillows are very firm but still comfortable enough. You might want to take your won pillow.

Central, great amenities. Accommodated 7 adults well.

Clean and spacious. Good value for money.

The villa is cozy comfort, the landscaping is nice, the home is decorated beautifully, our children love the pool

One of the room aircon was not functioning well, I have informed the owner but no respond from the owner

We booked because there was a washing machine included but was not true. We recieved an apology from the 'boss' via a phone call. The 5th bedroom is the converted pool house outside the main building, and the bathroom attached to the 4th bedroom (that is the converted garage with one power outlet with extension cord and double adaptor provided) smells bad. The kitchen is original from when it was built, the cupboards smell musty. We ate out and ordered in.

Everything! It's away from the main road. Each room has it's own shower and toilet. The pool is enough and it's so affordable for a family of 8
