DEDie Lage die Grösse die Ausstattung war ausreichend. Geschirr Kochtöpfe Besteck ausreichend vorhanden. Ein Grill und neuer Kaffeemaschine. Teilweise klimatisierte Räume mit gut funktionierender Klimaanlage. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung sehr flott und haben alle Anforderungen erfüllt. Wäschetausch unkompliziert sehr sauberer Reinigungzustand Neuwertige Waschmaschine und Geschirrspülmaschine. Immer freie Parkplätze .
Der Pflegezustand war etwas vernachlässigt : In der Küche waren die Furniere lose, an den Töpfen teilweise die Henkel. Der Grill ist leider nicht sehr stabil in einem Schlafzimmer gingen die Tischlampen nicht. In einem Bad Rost an der Badewanne.

Heat on main floor was inoperative and there were no spare blankets. It would have been nice to have a sheet of instructions for the TV, AC/Heat controller and the WiFi password on the table at check-in. A note in the property description explaining this is a 3 story apartment and there are 35 steps to the main bedroom would be helpful.

BEBon emplacement (assez central, Puerto calero est sympa) et petite maison bien équipée et confortable. C'est une petite maison dans une sorte de résidence, il y a donc des voisins de part et d'autre ; ils étaient adorables. La literie était bonne. Nous recommandons.
La maison est bien équipée (bcp de vaisselles et verres) mais dommage qu'il n'y a pas plus de couverts (après c assez habituel dans une location). L'emplacement était central et donc top. Mais par affinités avec certaines activités, nous aurions préféré être plus au nord.
