Jesolo Pines Beach House - Host Solution

Apart of the smell apartment was cleaned nicely. Enjoyed 2 bathrooms, location. had no chance to try the pool as we visited in the begining of may.

Whole appartment smelled like mold,after 3days of constantly opened windows it got slightly better, all the wardrobes and drawers were dank and smeled like mold, there were actually stains of black mold on the walls. Sink in the kitchen was completely stuck, light in the kitchen did not work, kitchen equpment was pretty poor with basic things missing. No blackout curtains and lamp right in font of the windows, creaky beds, bed linen made of polyester, but clean!

The house is nice and clean; very well maintained. Close to the beach.

In November is isolated and in the middle of nowhere. Inflexibility of the host for check out, despite the fact we are in low season. House was cold and took 2 days to warm up a bit.

I didn't like the fact I had to submit my ID documents online

It was a great, big, and comfortable apartment. Very convenient for a big family or a group of friends. Underground private parking, air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, and kitchen. The beach is accessible within 5 min walk distance. Very clear guidelines for the self-check-in process. Everything works smoothly. The host is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended apartment.

Good amenities, close to the beach, good wifi, well equipped, comfortable for a full family.

No restaurants or bars and shops walking distance apart from the beach and some hotels. Airco isn’t perfect
