"Excellent location pretty looking house on harbour front but for price expected a better standard of cleanliness and fit"

Location excellent
The property needed a good thorough clean - mold on tiles in shower - cobwebs in most corners. Broken fixtures notably towel rail again in shower broken wobbly toilet seat in bathroom. Standard of white goods in kitchen could be better - advertised as having washer dryer in info - only a washing machine. Dishwasher touch and go as to whether it would clean dishes. Everyone found the mattresses bumpy and uncomfortable. Heating adequate but house very draughty.

The house was nicely decorated, everything kept where you would expect. Clean and comfortable. Nice coffee and biscuits left as a welcome treat as well as some lovely flowers
Just a pair of scissors would have been useful, there was a tiny pair (with plastic handles) not ideal for kitchen use. Also a couple of extra loo rolls :)))

Location is amazing, good communication and was able to check in earlier. Very spacious house, perfect for families. Would return.
Could do with a deep clean, some dishes in the cupboard were dirty and there was a smell in the upstairs bathroom but didn’t affect our stay.

Location, right on the harbour, next to a pub which does amazing food. Fishing really close.House is large and ample for a family of 4 or 6
Parking can be tight at times. Some of the fixtures were loose around the house like toilet seats and door furniture. But that's being picky really.. well apart from the toilet seat as you can slide off 😉

An excellent and easy to find location, with ample parking space right outside. The house was tastefully finished, very clean and of an ideal size for the 5 people in our party. A fully equipped kitchen allowed us to self cater on the night we didn't go to the pub ( excellent food there btw...) Lovely views out of all the bedroom windows, and a nice little garden in the back. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would love to return one day.
The Scottish summer weather.
