Bellissima Struttura, ottima pulizia, appartamento ben rifornito.

Wonderful location, a well-equipped kitchen — a new dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee machine, and even a citrus juicer. Everything works perfectly. A very beautiful, huge terrace.

Large balcony

Lack of sun, the balcony, in February the sun only just hit the balcony about mid afternoon for approximately 30 minutes,

the apartment was comfortable and the pool area was really nice. the outside space was cleaned regularly as were the common area's.

the attitude of the rep who was meant to meet us at 4pm but when we phoned him on the 8th September he denied that he was aware of this and insisted we were booked from the 9th September. he was told we were standing on the pavement outside the block and were did he think we were going to sleep that night ! he eventually said he was at a different part of the island and would try and get to us by 5.30. he did eventually turn up and took us to the apartment - he showed us how to use the cooker, washing machine and dishwasher after we had to specifically ask him but when it came to the TV, although he managed to turn it on he didn't manage to get any programs in English and said we should have to try finding them ourselves which we never did in the 19 days of our stay. we asked for an additional key and card but he said he only had one. 4 messages were sent by us to him via the Booking.com messages service and all were ignored until the 5th one which was sent 2 days before we left asking for instructions on where to leave the keys. we sent a reply back stating that it would have been nice if he had replied to our previous messages and he came back immediately saying 'why didn't we phone him as we had his number' we replied it would have cost us money to do that and we weren't prepared to spend any as Booking.com had a perfectly adequate way of contacting him. we have already informed him that our review would not be a good one as his attitude was very unprofessional and downright rude when first meeting him.

The apartment was tired, dishwasher was broken, shower heads were limescaled so only half worked, one shower door was off the rails and the handle to the fridge was broken. The balcony also never received the sun so it was not pleasant to sit out.

Great location, very spacious apartment, huge terrace.

The only two things are that it was rather dark - sun never came in directly and the dishwasher was rather dated.

Great location for the area. Not too far from anything.

The pool our side was out of use but we wasn’t made aware of this.
